Every action is on the record
Entries are appended, never edited. Each one carries the time, the person, their role and the state the case moved to — including who requested a control and who approved it.
Evidence that can be checked
Each file in the register carries its SHA-256 checksum and who added it. A corrected document supersedes the earlier version and records why.
Explainable risk, not a black box
A case arrives from Themis with its score already decomposed. Every typology that contributed is named and scored on the same scale, so an investigator — or a regulator — can see what drove the number.
Deadlines counted in business days
Acknowledgement is due within a set number of business days, by a set time in SAST, followed by investigation milestones. Every change to the rules is versioned and audited.

Link analysis starts from the subject of a case and follows the details their records share with others, such as a phone number or an email address. An investigator sees every connected party, what connects them and how many hops away they sit.
