Who we are
Intellidata is the FinTech and Advanced Analytics division of Converge Group, a privately structured technology group registered in the Republic of South Africa. References to “we”, “us” or “our” in this document refer to Intellidata and its parent entity. We develop and operate enterprise intelligence platforms - including Themis and Maestro - for regulated industries such as the Financial and Insurance sectors.

Platform and service data
Where clients use Intellidata products such as Themis or Maestro, data processed within those systems is controlled by the client organisation. Intellidata operates as a technology provider and processes such data strictly in accordance with client agreements and applicable data protection laws.

- Communicate with users regarding enquiries or support and to keep records of communications
- Maintain platform security and carry out performance of our services
- Analyse usage patterns to improve the website
- Comply with regulatory obligations including record keeping requirements

- Detect and prevent fraud and money laundering and in the interest of security and crime prevention
